What all did you submit as part of the Canadian Work experience ?
I submitted pay slips, canadian offer letter, offer letter which was used for applying my closed WP and offer letter given during renewal of visa. My hike letter after completing one year in Canada. My Indian offer letter and pay slips because I have been working with the India office for last five years. T4 document. And a reference letter with job duties and salary details and no of working hours .The offer letter also has details regarding my tenure stating that I am permanent full time employee and my visa would be renewed to continue my serbserv here in canada. My visa right now is valid February 2019.

You included the reference letters of both organization, the one you are currently working for and the other one of your previous org in India?

I am also on the same WP... my org ironically never gave that statement on the reference letter that this a permanent role n my position will remain for a period of 1 yr after PR

Thx fully i did not panic because of this...

Alright. I think I just have to wait and see what happens. Waiting since March actually. And what proof did you submit to claim those 50 points.
I submitted the following:
- Employment Reference Letter, that detailed my start date, annual package, designation, job responsibilities
- Offer Letter, that detailed my start date, annual package, designation
- 6 months pay stubs
- T4 form(I did not have any NoA hence I could not provide that)

Since i was a ICT, I also provided the previous org reference(through the Foreign Work Expeirence section) which had similar set of docs, additionally included the acceptance of my resignation letter from this company minus any tax forms

I have submitted the exact same documents like you. Strange why they haven't still passed my eligibility. Been with the company past six years and letter states permanent full time employee. All my colleagues have the same letter some have got their PR already because they submitted before me. So not sure what's bothering the visa officer.

All i can think of is a bit more clarification they r seeking from your org either here in Canada or the previous one overseas and they have not got any reply from them yet....

Yeah I guess the same too. I have submitted all the necessary proofs. Maybe they are trying to reach out someone from my organization and I guess my HR manager does not want to reply back because I had a tough time to get a reference letter from him. My letter doesn't mention that I have a just b after I get PR but they mentioned that I am a permanent full time employee and visa/job offer will be extended on the expiry of the current offer letter. I am like literally freaking out. Not sure what to do about it.
