Yeah I guess the same too. I have submitted all the necessary proofs. Maybe they are trying to reach out someone from my organization and I guess my HR manager does not want to reply back because I had a tough time to get a reference letter from him. My letter doesn't mention that I have a just b after I get PR but they mentioned that I am a permanent full time employee and visa/job offer will be extended on the expiry of the current offer letter. I am like literally freaking out. Not sure what to do about it.
If you feel that is the case, why dont you ask your line manager to discuss with the HR...

Yeah I will talk to him on Monday. I am sure it has something gt to do with my organization not reverting back. But what is exactly are these CIC guys looking for in the application if those who are claiming those 50 points. Do u have any idea?? My offer letter was valid for 18 months when I received AOR?? Do you think it could go for refusal because it's written Review Required.

Ask you line manager to give HR a piece of his/her mind... Tell you boss how the PR process is affecting your performance etc, you are passionate to work for the org but also in parallel finalize you immigration status within the country...

IMHO It could be any of these....Company(history of your employer, if it has been in the news for all the wrong reason)... Job Responsibilities vs Job Title...

Your job offer may have been made in e.g. in 2016 after the offer your WP and TRV process would have started, it may have take 2-3-4-6 months to complete this process, once this process is finished, you will have moved here to the country and started working in Canadian arm. 12 months of working in this Canadian org which fetches your the Canadian Work Experience points.
So your job offer letter valid for 18 months is not the only bearing on the 50 points... It has also to do with Full time role (which you are) and NOC(which you are already having, if I guess)....

Is there something else like WES/ECA, language score, PCC(I am not sure if it is part of Eligibilty or no), none Canadian work experience is an issue you can think of?

Well I don't think it's an issue with PCC or medicals .I have passed both according to the GCMS. Security hasn't started yet. My offer letter was issued recently for my WP renewal. And the job offer letter for 50 points was recently issued for the purpose of PR. I think in February it was issued. And the offer letter originally was issued for WP renewal and that letter is valid for two years from date of issue.but by the time I submitted my PR application it had lapsed about six months . So 18 months validity was there. But now with my application being stuck for review not sure how long would it take . My AOR is March 18. When is your AOR. Maybe I shouldn't worry because im still within the time period set by CIC for PR processing.

I don't think so either, but 2nd review of eligibility is always upsetting..... hope it gets cleared for you soon... did you contact the seniors whose contact i suggested before?

check this guys aliabbashusain's gcms notes out https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/all-about-gcms-how-to-order-read-general-questions-answered.482200/page-87#post-7026212

I saw your note to Legalfalcon on the other thread...
REQUIRED FOR ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT RE:ONE YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT AFTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE VISA ISSUANCE
Was your original offer letter(not the WP extension) had any contractual validity ?

No it doesn't. I am not a contract employee. I am a permanent full time employee and I have been working with the same company at different geographical locations past six years and last 18 months I am employed here at their Canadian office.

I received my CSE webform reply today I had raised a concern regarding a specific document that I had submitted. I received a reply stating that all my documents are perfect and they do not need any additional information or documentation from my end. They will contact me once the final decision she been made. So that was the reply I received. Now my question is my GCMS notes was pulled out on May 24th so even though I received my GCMS notes two days ago the status on my file was from May 24th so technically it's a month old status data. So do you think my file must have passed eligibility now because of the reply I received for CSE webform which is pretty recent. Because we called CIC and they told me that they hadn't revrecei my request on webforms and then we gave him all enquiry number details and after about two hours I received the reply from them.

I am not an expert, but if I read the message you mentioned above, I think your application is fine w.r.t to arranged employment.

Hi . I just went through my GCMS notes again and in one of the pages. They have written FSW ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT - MET .
Now if it's met what was the reason for writing Review Required. Way too confusing

Yeah GCMS I ordered on May 23rd and CSE webform I raised on June 10th and I received them on June 22nd . In fact I called CIC on June 22 Nd morning to check why I haven't received my reply for CSE . And after the call in two hours I received it. In fact the agent kept yelltel us that he did not receive any CSE requests . We in fact gave him our enquiry number also. So after about two hours we received the reply.
