I tried calling the client service help but it won't even put you through to wait in line.

1. If you don't have an email for a past employer, do you just put N/A or is it considered incomplete?
2. When putting down the high school do we need a teacher's specific name, or will the registrar's office, their number and email do?
3. If unemployed at a time, do we leave the name of contact and number with N/A?
4. Again on unemployment, would the place you were physically located be where you lived at the time.

General comments: They really need more clarification in the guides for when applying.

Hi,

I received my AoR and I did for:
1- N/A , since I'm so log far from my home country that I did not keep any contact and my old company were sold. So no contact with HR of the new company.
2- I did not add school, since I have only been working this past 5 years.
3- yes, I was unemployed for 1 week and I put N/A for contact/ phone/email...
4- yes, I add my home address during that period.
