It was just a worst case forecasting, if 250 profiles entered above 451 then 250*14=3500. Hence in this case cut off will be 450. However, lets forecast based on past data then in that case 200 profiles entered above 451 then 200*14=2800. Therefore, remaining 950 profiles will be below 451, so cut off will be 447. So i gave a range 447-450, but again this is prediction based on worst case scenario. If less profiles entered then cut off will be even lower than 447.
Its Ok but 250 is too high still to predict.. 30% rise in 14 days that too in above 450.. in the last draw 250 above 440 were being added each day..anyhow its just ur prediction .. I hope new entrants above 440 and 450 each day reduces in the coming draw..

i have lost hope to get normal ITA. PNP is the only way for me.. I am on h4 visa in US and canada PR was the only way for us to settle outside..... but now we have turned realistic and I am moving back to my home country by end of this year !
Hey there was IELTS on June 2nd and results announced on june 15th. How come u have IELTs on june 9th. By the way you have good chances to get ITA in next draw.
Just my personal opinion but I think your chances for June 27th if there is a 3750 ITA draw are marginal and if there are 3750 ITA draws on 27th June and 10 July your chances are good. But who knows as there are so many variables.
well my wife gave the ielts on 24th may, however the results for it came out on 6th june. maybe that is where the number of applicants went up.
Well i am skeptical too now, as i was hopeful of getting an ITA at 447 post june 9th but 451 was complete shocker. however i am trying to co-relate the reasons between a previous similar incident, where in march the score shot up from 442 to 456.and then again dipped to 440 levels in the consecutive 3 draws.

I have made a profile on Express Entry and my points are maxed at 440 for the near future.
I am considering asking my employer to try for intracompany transfer(ICT) if possible.
I understand that it is easier to get an ICT than a work permit which would require a LMIA; hence the ICT route.
I wanted to get some doubts clarified if you all can help.
1. Is it possible to apply for both PR and ICT simultaneously?
2. If yes, does a rejection in one reduce the chance of getting the other? For example, lets say my ICT is rejected for a certain reason, would it affect me getting a PR in the future.
3. How difficult/easy would it be for my employer to prove that I am 'specialized knowledge worker' considering I am a software developer with 4 years and 3 months of experience.
