MAX terms of receiving LMIA

Hi friends,
could you explain me MAX terms of receiving a positive or negative LMIA for a baker? I've been waiting for three Month, however, haven't received it. I don't know how long I have to wait brfore I'll be allowed to apply for temporary work permit.

There is no official maximum. Four months is not unusual. Longer is certainly possible.
