Hi everybody please need some help, I received ITA 13 june, 15 june I sent my application and received confirmation, but :
1- I didn’t send my language test , they didn’t ask in the check list what will happen
2- I didn’t send my nominations, they didn’t ask , what will happen
3- my language test will expire on September, I m safe or not
4- how many times it will take that an agent will check my file , and will they ask me to add those mmissed documents or will they reject.
Please I so stressed need clarification if any one knows.

generally, they will reject your file immediately, unless they make an exception considering you must have entered your IELTS TRF number.

done with what? If they reject your application, you can go back into the EE pool and get an ITA again. IRCC is kind sometimes and they just cancel your application, that way you get your application fee refunded.

CIC is unpredictable; ideally they should not reject if it is not a mandatory document. Language and WES are not mandatory but people still attach it to their file. From what I have seen on this forum, they usually request for language test results if they are unable to validate it.
If I were you, I would send them missing documents through CSE. That's the best that you can do.

Correct. If they reject your application because of missing docs they will refund your money and you can go back to the pool again.

I didn’t think it was a good idea that u submitted ur file immediately within 2 days of ITA ..
they provide 3 months time to gather all docs patiently ..!
Now u can use web form immediately n submit the documents missed with a letter of explanation if u want them to hold ur file

yup unpredictable is correct because the 'rules' are guidelines for both the applicant and the visa officers. Thing is he has claimed points for language, they would be perfectly within their rights to reject his application.

he isn't the only one guilty really - too many people on this forum submit their applications hurriedly and then wait for their application to get approved for months. Fact is be patient, check, double check, and then triple check - the worst that will happen is your application will be approved without any hassles and you'll move to Canada 30-45 days later than you originally planned.
