I made my sponsership on Tornto but I will land in Montreal . Can I apply for my PR in Montreal . Does they have like serviceontario center where I can apply for all (SIN ,LICENCE ,PR,HEALTH CARD)?

You can land anywhere and go to any service ontario you want for sin and health card services.

In ontario you can issue all papers for immigrants in one place called ontarioservice but in Montreal I don't know the system

They may have process a CSQ for Quebec before they allow you to apply for SIN / HEALTH.

It’s a step that Quebec applications have to go through and I’ve read that they may require it when landing.
