Sept 2017 - Any PR Card renewal applications submitted

hello,
The same thing happened to my mother, they asked for the copies of all pages in passport, she got her card within a month after submitting them.
luckily, when it was my turn to apply, i had including the copies with my application anyway and the card was mailed on June 12.
I had to submit copies of pages of my passport, any other proof of my physical presence in Canada and exit/entry confirmation/ movement certificate for the countries I've been traveling to and from. I sent it right away and they received it 4 days after they requested that. I am wondering if there is a timeline or waiting time for applicants who were requested to send additional documents.
my family got decision made today. but one question how long did you got other notices after decision made
Mine has been sitting at decision made since May 3rd.
Applicant Permanent Resident Card Application Status..my name .......Decision Made
When I click on decision made I see this:
Permanent Resident Card
- We received your application for a permanent resident card on February 23, 2018.
- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 3, 2018.
- We started processing your application on May 3, 2018.

it sound like we still need to wait the process time reach Feb 23. 2018.... when the website reach Feb 23 which right now is Feb 9 we will got the answer. However sometime they just mail to you 4 day after or give you a pick update..... I'll keep you post and let me know when you got more info. BTW did you link your application
I see, so your card was mail on the 12th? let me know how many day you got your card
At this pace we will wait forever
I have tried to link my application over and over to no success. I'll keep you posted as well if I hear anything from them.I have that problem too, until I found out that the issue date on the card were date and then the month, so not month and the date........ maybe try thatAt this pace we will wait forever
I just checked my status today and it changed to complete. When I click on the status I get :

Permanent Resident Card

congrats. my family still got nothing yet, I think one of the reason they are not here in canada, so they might need to pick it up in the local office.however if they could mail their card that would be awesome. anyway let me know how many day when you got your card

I have some questions:
1. When you get email to send entry/exit, passport copies and so, is it called second review? Or in the email the word second review and delay should be mentioned?
2. After email they also send a mail and one should wait for the mail copy to be accompanied by documents or just can print email instead?
3. On the bottom it shows one should send documents within 30 days. Does it mean that they will review the documents soon as they asked for sending documents soon?
