Congratulations. For me its 442 days now, NDVO is not replying and nobody is working on my file, I can see it from my GCMS that they are yet to start the eligibility.

It is not at all important and doesn't impact timelines. People who ask for it probably have their files for some time in processing and out of curiosity. Timelines may differ depending on each visa office. Check cic website.

Still bit more process left and I am bit confused about the Annex A.

Since my spouse is back home, she will have to submit her passport to the regional visa office (Singapore). Does she need to fill out Annex A with her name, information and sign or it should be same as mine? Would appreciate your feedback.

We submitted the 2nd medical on 7 June and it showed passed on 11 June and PPR email came on 12 June. So, 3 business days.
