No, only you and your wife have to go for the test. Kids are not tested but do carry all the documents of the child like the Original Passport, PR card, COPR and the originals of all the documents which you have attached with the application.

Thanks for the confirmation.

  1. City: Windsor
  2. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on December 22, 2017.
  3. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on February 5, 2018.
  4. We started processing your application on March 14, 2018.

I think we need to figure out a way to push the processing of our applications. Some 2018 applicants did their oath while our applications are still as is.
Any suggestion for how to reach the media/court/parliament?
It's fair game if your timeline falls under the processing duration of the application (which is currently at 12 months). Never make the mistake of comparing your timeline with others coz it will only ruin your mental peace. I am a Feb 2018 applicant and I am aware that some applied for Urgent processing in my thread. If the reason is genuine enough IRCC will accept their request and so on and so forth! In any case, I am confident that you'll be a Canadian Citizen before the end of this year ;)

Look forward to the good times and just have some patience. Sending good vibes your way!

Kal
