I have a masters (MBA) degree from Vancouver Island University studied in Canada. Do I still required to do WES evaluation of my degree?

No, not required for Canadian degrees. You must provide scans of your final transcript along with the degree/diploma.

No you don't need it. Just upload your master's degree certificate and official transcripts in the PR application.

My friend has a three-year Canadian degree, but two courses are done remotely from the Asia university under the letter of permission of his Canadian university.
