Canadian citizenship

Hi this is pavan singh applying for Canadian citizenship,partially filled a form but have one concern in form it says if you stayed 183 days other country then Canada in last r years need to obtain PCC of that country.I stayed more then 200 days in my 5 visit to india in last r years so do I need to obtain the PCC for that?
Please help me ....
