Next ITA is expected the same day as my EE profile expires.

My score is 438 and my profile expires on the 13th of June. The next round of invitations is expected the same day and the score could potentially be exactly 438 so withdrawing my profile and creating a new one could result in me not getting an ITA due to the tie-breaking rule.

What is the exact time of the expiry of EE profiles? If it expires at midnight of the expiry day then I could be safe, since the time of the round of invitations is usually between 10am-4pm.

Oh boy, this is a real quandary. Best to wait until someone can come up with a definite answer. But it's a tough one. Especially since the next draw may be the one that drops to 438. I'd say stay in there unless you know for sure you won't be eligible. Hope they do the draw on the 12th.

It's is unfortunately very unlikely that the draw on the 13th of June drops to 438, because there has been a three week gap from the last express entry draw. If you look at the numbers, the last times this happened it rose to 450+. Have this information in mind when you consider what decision to make. I do not know anything about profile expiry dates.

better to make a new one.. what if before drawing they remove the profiles which are going to expire on that day.

why cant you make new EE profile with same score , please do that and relax for your ITA invitation , rather than waiting for last moment issue .

The draw maybe on the 13th but the ITA letter will not reach you on the same day...it takes at least 2 working days for the letters to be issued and they areive on your profile....which needs to be alive.
Its better renew your profile. You have plenty of time.
