last year this time they did not really care about people below 430... such things make you want to live in the past.IRCC doesnt really care about people below 440. All they want is 440+

Yes. We have been hoping too long. I'm starting to lose the final ray of hope.
Go to sleep. If draw doesn't happen before tomorrow morning (Any of the Asian times) then wait for next week. If you are above 440, don't worry and start your police clearance process right away, you will get ITA in 1 or 2 weeks. Do not make draw as a bottle neck in that case.

Although, if in these 2 hours we don´t see the publication, that means that they want once again an increase in CRS to ascertain a 440+ level... and that implies that they are looking fwd to invite only 440+ people for this year.
