It's not really about the time. It's about biweekly draw. Draw happened last week(May 30), So next will be on June 13nth.

I am a Newbie here, But sorry for negative vibes. There is no draw today technically. There is draw taken on MAY 30 for Federal and Provincial Program Draw has happened. So Express entry needs to be wait until June 13nth.
