I am one of the positive guy here and we went through lots of IELTS and pateint waiting to reach 439 finally and now CIC do this to us. A 3 week gap now will end my hope of getting anything from the express entry. Feel so bad at the moment.

Same what happened early this year with a three week draw. It means the reset button and score will jump to 446 at least.

Score will eventually come down, as there are no people above 440.

"No people above 440"?? Do you even have a clue? The very next day of the draw on May 24th approx 200 people entered into the pool with 440 and above and with 2 IELTS results this week you are saying it will eventually come down?. Wow
