That's not trueMy consultant has said that getting a Gift deed from my parents is not a good option since CIC has come up with a new rule that such gifts from parents won't be considered and there could be a chance of rejection.
Has anyone else heard about this ?

After getting ITA, when submitting the application (AoR phase). At what point in the PR EE Process does one need to show proof of funds?
Yeah man. I am at 437..New here. Have been a silent observer but the first time posting here. Anyway, it’s nice to meet all of you. I am also in the same boat as many of you. Waiting at 435. I know it seems very difficult this year. But fingers crossed.
My bday is the 20th of this month, so it will drop as I'm the primary. Yet another reason why I've scheduled a test in July. It's really for my wife though. If she had gotten an 8.0 instead of a 7.5 on her listening, we'd be at 456 right now with her as primary. Because of her score, it gave us 402 so we had to switch it around. If she does well on the test next month, we'll be going back in with her as primary and hopefully a score in the 450s or at least high 440s.I was at 438 but down to 433 last month on my bday.
My parents are coming to see me after 1 year on day after tomorrow had a plan to celebrate this moment with them but seems like have to wait more...Waiting from last 1 year , got IELTS score S8.5, L8.5,R8,W7 on 25 may.. jumped to 471 ...
So after 1 year struggle it is called waiting..
In my case, my wife is eligible for nsnp and nbpnp but she has clb 8 in IELTS. With her clb9, I would have extra 2 points i.e 435 and she will be 404 from 378.My bday is the 20th of this month, so it will drop as I'm the primary.
