I applied for my brother visitor visa and for parents. GC account showing brother visa refused and parents under processing. can you please let me know should my brother reapply using more explanation to refused reasons.He has to attend my sons birthday on july 10th

yes you can reaply as soon as possible .because I send sponsership to my cousin brother in march he got refusal april 1week .under 10 days .But I reply for him in may 14 he got visa may 29 both time they apply paper based In person at chandigarh ...but heared in future they are changing rules once we apply we unable reapply under some conditions .but right now we have right to reapply ..hope so this time he will also got visa ..

It does not take 15-20 days to collect passport in person....I took it personally from VFS, Chandigarh in ONE day!

yeah I know we can collect passport in one day .I just talking about whole processing .accourding my survay who people live around and they apply his family most say like this its whole processing tym 15-20 days .otherwise we can say its depend on files .thts all

Did you read this somewhere? It would make reapplications difficult if that's the case

Yes paper based visa is faster then online. That’s what I experienced personally.
