EE - Question about visa rejection - Spouse USA Visa rejected.

Hello,

I am about to answer YES to question if my spouse was rejected any visa. She applied for Visitor Vista to U.S. in 2013 and got rejected. Although the process is quite funny as she had appointment with the officer or consul and he gave her passport back saying, Unfortunately you are not getting visa or something to that fact.... No paperwork or anything no refusal stamp....

So do I simply put explanation in the box thats show up after checking "NO" saying:

My spouse applied for visitor visa to U.S. in year XXXX and got rejected without specific reason. or what...

Please mention it as yes and provide the reason .I did the same cause of my visitor visa and got through just fine..they won't push you around just cause of a visitor visa rejection
