Express Entry Score

Hi guys, i am applying for express entry this time but i need 17 points to add my score and be qualified. Now, i am planning to visit canada by December for tourism and my relatives and friends. The query, is visiting canada can add be given consideration to add my CRRS points?
I am a teacher for more than 10 yrs now with PhD degree and i know pretty well that this profession is very demand in Canada, anyone can assist me that when i am in Canada the visit visa can be changed to Working visa?

No - visiting Canada will not add points.

No - teaching is not an in demand profession. Canada has more teacher than teaching positions available. There's really no chance of securing a work permit for teachers.
