Anyone got their medical request recently, BE PREPARED to wait for a while until you receive something else from them; 3-4 months maybe.

Seems about right, medical requests are being issued around the 6-7 month mark. Most of the action on the file seems to come in the final month or 2 in the "normal" 12 month time.
Wife got medical request middle of March along with lots of others in the big batch that were sent out for June/July/August apps (after medical requests had been on hold since last November), will be interesting to see when things move on again as should see a rush of updates here, would hope by the end of next month maybe.

Hey,guys!Just a quick update for me(6 March 2017application Rcvd),I got a landing interview email,scheduled on 5 June in Ottawa.No AIP,no SA,ECAS says decision made in both sides and my cic account we are reviewing your eligibility.Such a big relief when you know the date you need to wait for!Thank you everyone,especially YuliaGood luck everyone

I am september 2017 application. Inland sponsorship . I did my medical exam on april 10 after they sent me of corse à request to do it.
After only 9 days my account shows
- medical exam passed
- we are reviewing the additionnels document that you provided.
- we are processing your backround check.
They did not start yet my eligibility ! !! Hope it want take long.

review of eligibility comes close to the very end and then everything comes in once aip,sa and dm or some people got dm right after..
Aip - Approval in principle ( you get a letter saying you're eligible to apply)
Dm - Decision made (your process is done)
SA - sponsor approval
I’m June applicant and still no update. 1more month till 12 month mark. Hope everything happens quickly
