Best time to apply for WES ECE and step by step procedure.

Hi,

I am an Indian residing in US and I hold masters degree from a US university. I have my IELTS in a month. I want to apply for WES ECE, I have my Bachelors and Masters transcripts ready. I created an account on WES CA, and selected IRCC but it says that they will send the reports directly to concerned Canadian department. I haven't started my application yet. I am a complete beginner. So if WES sends a report to IRCC, and i send my application after 2 months for instance, will they be able to recognize my WES or do i need to send another copy of evaluation to IRCC?

I need help in understanding step by step procedure for applying. B.Tech from India. Masters from US. IELTS coming month. WES application about to start. Help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Answer to first question: Its the general process. They will send one copy to IRCC and one to you. IRCC will easily recognize your ECA report. So do not worry, just apply quickly.

Coming to second question: You will have to visit your university of B.Tech and apply for transcripts. Anyone else can also apply on your behalf for transcripts, by paying NRI fee.
