For people who will get RPRF.
Because many people dont know for sure that VO receive their RPRF or not. And sometimes we (both applicant and VO) lost time to wait for each other. I saw a lot of applicants sit in their hand and wast months just because VO dont get their reciept.
Then i suggest you to check by this way:
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do
In the box (Identification Type):you choose receipt number (IMM 5401)
And then type the receipt you get after paying online. For example: R12345678
If you can log into your account,, then it means that they got your RPRF.
Otherwise, you have to resend it to their office.

Dear,
After 4 days submitting ADR, I got update from SGVO.
1, i got medical request.
2, they asked me latest PCC. I don't know why they don't ask in the 1st ADR.
