to me visiting your spouse time to time worth it..at least for me as living together for sometime gives us new hopes and we enjoy a really good time together and when i come back, we easily pass our time talking about those days and moments that we had spent together..time flies like that..

mine was a name change request, so once the PA name got updated on ECAS and GCKEY i knew the documents were looked at and added

so you know i did the same. So they updated your spouse name change on both ECAS and on GCKEY?
i have sent all the docs last weeks. 8 days already.. may it take 2 weeks or so?

I didn't think I needed to send it, I honestly thought they would have done something sooner and just adding extra stuff would prolong it. But clearly they aren't touching our files so that's the reason I decided to now, maybe it'll help. I am emotionally very sensitive, I tend to get really depressed and upset after coming back, takes a long time to feel normal again.

both are somehow not willing to share the reasons of their refusal.....one female only said that she has no rukhsaati pics at all so she got rejected

holy...moly!! one guy not sharing anything at all..just posted he got rejected and going to appeal..
2nd female only shared that i think she got the interview call and VO wasn't satisfied.according to her she got whole event pics..200 guests were invited but she had not a single pics of her rukhsaati, llke neither photographers..nor friends and families took any single pics of her rukhsaati?
what is ur reasons of not having rukhsaati pics?

Well mines Nikkah only case but I did live with him after just didn't have a formal wedding function because I wanted to do one in Canada. I didnt state ruksati on my forms anywhere either. I did send several photos after nikkah too of us together and now sent in the recent visit, which is obviously stronger than stupid ruksati photos.

they rejected her case after interview. so worst case scenario for you would be that they call you for interview. if you can explain your situation to them to their level of understanding that you should be ok in my opinion.

It isn't like I told them i had a ruksati, I never mentioned that in the application. I told them everything truthfully and that I will have a function in Canada. Strange how they decided to reject her case though, this should be done in initial stages not the very end. It's pathetic
