Parents medical exam in Canada or from the home country

Hi everyone, this is my first post in this section of the forum!
I'm sponsoring my parents and they just received a mail regarding the medical exam.
The issue is that they both just came to Canada for holidays and should stay for a few months...

Do they need to go back to my home country and the medical exam there or can they do it in Canada even if the address they gave in the demand is the home country one?

They can do it anywhere. As long as it's done by a panel physician.
