My mother has completed 2 Masters degree in the USA and working on her Ph.D. She is working as a manager in a Corporate Company(holds h1b visa ) and lives in Buffalo. She can stay in Canada and work in Buffalo to satisfy Canada physical presence requirements. She lacks 2 points for Express entry eligibility because she is 49 now. Any advice to get Canada PR for my mother?
