WES ECA Evaluation

I'll receive the transcripts for my graduation and MBA as well as wife's MA from respective univs by this week. But wife's BA transcript may take another 2-3 weeks due to the delay from the univ. Will it make sense to send wife's MA transcripts for ECA evaluation to WES along with my transcripts? Will WES at least recognize it as equivalent to Bachelor degree (8 points) so that I can enter the pool with a score of 430+
Thanks much!
PS: While creating both our accounts, WES has asked to send both Bachelor and Master Degree transcripts for evaluation.

No.
WES will need her Bachelors transcripts and certificate to assess her Masters. They have clearly mentioned it in their website.
Also, you cannot send dependents educational documents along with yours. You need a separate WES reference number for her.

Thanks for your prompt reply! I understand that I have to pay and generate a separate WES reference number for my wife, my only point was if I can send her sealed transcripts for MA mentioning her WES reference number together with my transcripts mentioning my reference number, and if WES will evaluate her MA transcripts only and provide ECA for a single degree to her. Later when I receive her BA transcripts, will send those to WES to get points for two degrees. Do you think it may work?

I can speak only for your wife's MA. I am not sure if the institution she holds her MA from is a recognized one. But if it is, she wouldn't need her bachelors evaluated as she would be claiming points only for the highest degree. I understand that the requirements may be different for MA, but in my case, I got only my Masters degree (MS from USA) evaluated since I would be claiming points only against that and since its also a Masters equivalent in Canada.

As for sending documents to WES, I am not sure if you can send your wife's degrees along with yours.

Thanks for the reply mate! My wife's University is recognized, so no problem there. What you mention should ideally hold true. However, the doubt is that for evaluating Master's degrees from my country (India), WES asks to provide the Bachelor's degree as well, what chowdharyh has mentioned above. So, I was trying to know if WES will at least evaluate the MA transcripts and certificate equivalent to one Post-Secondary degree, for which we should get 8 points out of maximum 10. It will help me at least enter the EE pool earlier with a 430+ CRS. Otherwise, my CRS will be in 420s which does not have any chance this year it seems.

To the best of my knowledge, they won’t evaluate Masters degree from India if we don’t provide Bachelor transcripts and certificate along with it. Check thoroughly on their website before deciding to just send her MA credentials for evaluation. I will recommend to write an email to them to clear the air.
PS: It’s better to take time and send proper documents than to run around later.

I apologize, that I missed the point that the degree is from India. You may probably need bachelor's as well in that case.

But I second chowdharyh , I would send them a message through to clear up. Their Contact us form usually gets you a response within 3-4 days (as per my experience using this option on many occasions).
