Martial state change: common law to married after ITA

I stated a common-law relationship with my partner in EE and we got ITA last draw. We just decided to get married to reduce the risk of rejection or delay. There are some question need your help.

1) Can we get married before e-AOR and change the martial state in e-APR? How should we do in application?
2) If we change the martial state to married, do we still need to notarised IMM5409? or just upload the certificate of marriage?
