Caregiver application (With LMIA)- Work Permit Application Denied

HI DustinCarlisle and Angel Noah, taga Alberta ako, OK lng pm ko sa inyo may tanong lng ko hire ng kamag anak as caregiver? Pano nyo convince hr something.. para LMIA approval, nag advertised na ko caregiver job at may mga nag apply na local at international applicants. Ano proof ba nid ibigay sa hr office nung apply kau LMIA na ala mahire at kamag anak nyo mas qualified sa job. Please help po any information. Thanks in advance kabayan.

Hi po sa lahat! Tanong ko lang po if may chance akong mabigyan ng visa..yung friend ko po kasi gusto niya akong kunin para maging caregiver ng byenan nya..kasalukuyan akong nagwowork as caregiver sa isang ospital dito sa japan (1 month pa lang ako) and at the same time nag aaral ako para makakuha ng lisensya as careworker..salamat po

Your friend should have approved LMIA for you before you can apply for work permit and visa.

I think you can write them informing your situation and for sure if they know you have valid reason, they might be able to change the interview date..
