That's great. I would say, first of all, start contacting the employers/colleagues for reference letters, get the salary slips, tax returns, employment contracts sorted out, then medical, and last but not the least, get the proof of funds a week before submitting the applications. Also keep developing a good letter of explanation in case you cannot get experience letters in the format that CIC recommends. Two of my employers refused to issue experience letter in that format.
