COPR is no longer in the document checklist for minors. So, no worries.

What you should be concerned about is this:
Two (2) pieces of the child’s personal identification
Both pieces of identification should show your child’s name and date of birth, one of which must have a photo on it.

A lot of October and November applicants with kids struggled with that instruction. Some got their applications returned because of it.

Thank you so much. I am relieved now. But now I was just going through the COPR copies of my kids and I can see that the original entry date on my kids COPR is wrong. As I did not send the copies of kids COPR I am not worried about the incorrect dates. But I want to know that should I get them fixed or leave it as it is. Thanks. Appreciate your reply.

Even though it will not affect their citizenship applications (since the official made the error), it's advisable to do so (for the long term).

What is the average processing time? Any idea anyone? The website says its 12 months. 12 months is too long. I have posted my application today so that means my oath would be sometime next year? I may have to travel in october this year. Am I allowed to travel while my application is in process?

You may travel during the application processing. If it's going to be a prolonged trip, you may want to let IRCC know so that you don't get scheduled for a test or oath invitation while you're away. They would typically defer until you're back. You also want to be aware that if you're away for a prolonged period of time that IRCC may make requests that will need to be tended to, such as getting fingerprints done or providing additional documentation.
