I called on this number at 7:55 am. Every local customer support is available from 8 am. Make sure you call early morning. I called early morning but still my waiting time was 45 mins.

Hi all, me and my friend files same day under AINP SRS PGW category, we got file number feb 20,2018...I have the same status like this... but my friends status under background is: “we are processing your background checks. We will notify you if anything changes.” Is this any different than my status: “Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.”

both are diffrent things your friend is near to ppr i think he is in ip2.and when you got AOR ?

Some inland Jan 18 AOR got MR recently
I believe we all are in line with inland applicants as our files are not transferred and it is being processed at either Ottawa or Nova Scotia hope we will get MR soon

I called CIC today to check where my application at and what are they doing currently. The agent was really patient with all my questions. He told me all the provincial nominee applications are being processed at ottawa right now. Then i asked what are they doing in my application. He checked n told me that currently the criminality check is going thru since 21 Feb 2018. When criminality is done, they will start security. He told me that out of these two (criminality and security) generally criminality is quicker, we just wait for RCMP response. For medical, he said it depends on the visa officer. Some visa officer sends medical request soon they start processing the security check and some send the medical request after completion of security check. Thats why some people get medical request in 6 months and some get after one year wait time. For the eligibility, he said its gonna stay like that until they make decisions. The file will be transferred from ottawa when the eligibility is passed and they have to complete the copr. The dedicated office will do it, like for Calgary its the local visa office in Calgary.

I said outland applicant.are you sure also outland applicant is same processing as inland applicant.

Is there anyone who has a good information on why Outland applicants, October AOR 2017 - December, are not getting MR ? Only inland applicants are getting MR and happy for them . But we need to know why the delays for Outland applicants. No FT no MR

nobody knows .. my AOR June2017.. App received 05th Apr2017 till now no MR
