Education assessment- problems to get official transcript from indian univ

Dear Friends
I am facing some challenges from universities to send official transcripts for educational assessment to ICES/ CES/IQAS directly. They are denying to send the transcript to those agencies.
Berhampur University
Calcutta University
Alagappa University

I am not sure, if any body had face the same problem in past and how did you overcome from this problem.

Any help will be much appreciated.

You can directly send the all transcripts that you get in a sealed envelope from universities to WES.
- Master envelope (Envelope that contains al the sealed transcripts)
-- University1 transcript
-- University2 transcript
-- University3 transcript

But don't forget to write the reference number (on the Master envelope) that you get once you submit the WES application for ECA along with the printout of the WES application.

Don't forget to search a bit more on the forum you will definitely find a thread on WES.

Either the university can send it directly to assessment agency or you can collect those sealed envelopes and send it to them.

Thanks to both of you for your reply. Unfortunately I will not send it to WES because they don't evaluate my doctorate degree.
Now other agencies only need transcripts sending them directly by the institute.

Write a letter with to Registrar or VC clearly stating why you require University to send transcripts and request them to help you in this regard. Offer to bear the expenses of mailing.

It is not the case. IQAS accepts sealed transcripts sent directly from university or collected by applicants and sent to them.

I applied with MailTranscripts to get my transcripts from Alagappa university for WES and my transcript was directly sent to WES from the university in 15 days. They made it very easy for me, all I did was applied on their website (mailtranscripts.com), uploaded the scan copies of my marksheet and degree certificate, rest of the procedure was taken care by mail transcripts and team.
