Have u seen updated in mycic?

Me too m Jan 6 applicant and I have a representative so m not able to check my CIC but I called CIC last week and the agent told me that everything is done and last one was security check which is also done on 16 April, only final decision not been made yet. Till now waiting for PPR.
I don't know what's going on really worried now.

I found that my state already became to Decision Made this morning, but I didn’t receive the PPR. Could someone please tell me why?

They may sent to different email address, please make sure your spam box, and all your emails.
I know the guy, he got that PPR in his old email that he used for applying his first work permit like 5 years ago.

i am wondering if nationality has something to do with the time it takes to process security check...... I've noticed that there's people from 2016 whose applications haven't been processed and yet there are applicants from August 2017 that got their PPR already! Has somebody else noticed this and/or know which nationalities take more time?

Contact your representative, your rep may have got the email.. As the email was sent yesterday around 7pm, maybe he/she haven't checked that yet.. ask your rep

How long between each batches?

It varies, the time difference between current batch and last one is over 2weeks

As you have "Decision Made" status on e-cas, either the PPR email will be delivered anytime soon or they have sent your already. Check your email spam or junk and inbox.. Even you can call CIC at 1-888-242-2100 and ask the agent about that, they might be able to tell you if the PPR email has been sent or not..
