As you have "Decision Made" status on e-cas, either the PPR email will be delivered anytime soon or they have sent your already. Check your email spam or junk and inbox.. Even you can call CIC at 1-888-242-2100 and ask the agent about that, they might be able to tell you if the PPR email has been sent or not..

Hahhaaahaha been checking my cic account and email like crazy person.... happy for you....

MYCIC didnt chage for me. It said updated yesterday then when I checked nothing had changed and it went back to submitted.
I later got the PPR email in the night and ECAS had 2 extra lines and today ecas changed to Decision made:

What is the update did you get?

In my account nothing changed, but the status was showing updated, and again to submitted.
Called CIC to check and they told me that update was regarding the Eligibility.
