I had a trip planned and I'm trying to figure out how I could still make it.

Here is the number: 1-888-242-2100. Follow the instructions. Sometime pressing the appropriate number for talking to agent call might end up with a message that they can't entertain you at the moment. But keep trying, going through the same steps. I did the same, and in second attempt got into waiting queue, which is about 30-40 minutes wait. Bear that, and you will be able to talk to the agent. He was very polite and guided me with details.

In my case, the mail did not receive, we received three PR cards at the same address on April 26, but did not receive letter for photos retake of my son, which according to CIC was dispatched on April 19. Not sure what happened. Long story short, I still have time till May 19, to send out the new photos of my son to printing office in Nova Scotia. Let's hope for the best.

I know its frustrating. I am clueless what went wrong.

I am sorry to hear about your situation.Its a tricky situation to be in. Ill keep you posted about my progress. I pray that your timelines are met and you get to travel on time. Fingers crossed!

Your next best option is to get to the USA if you have a US Visa, and travel via a private vehicle with only your COPR. In this case, a PRTD is not necessary. Please bear in mind that you cannot use the COPR to travel via a commercial airplane or a train/bus.

Landed at March 10. My wife received her PR card last Friday.
But I didn't, my account still shows in process. I am the main applicant.
Called cic, they said still in process, what should I do, so worried.

Hi everyone,

I landed on 14th March at YVR and managed to link my application to my account a couple of weeks ago(it kept failing before that). I'm expecting to see an "Approved" status soon based on feedback on this thread.

Does anyone know what time they update statuses on the accounts?

How do you do it? I've been trying and nothing

I had used a mail forwarding service. They gather all my mail and send it to me once a month or as requested. You can google these mail forwarding services. Good luck!
