Hello, @mr.preetsingh and other expert members .. need some help here regarding No Objection Certificate (NOC).
I'm working in govt. dept. In case my visa officer demands NOC (that my dept. has refused(orally) to provide), what should be the wording of LOE that I will give in that case. Please advise. Thanks.

"My employer XYZ has denied to provide a NOC however I have provided my Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Salary Slips and Income Tax documents to fulfill my PR requirements. I assure you that I do not have any bond signed with my employer and I am free to leave India anytime"

Is anyone familiar with NBPNP? Can I register and attend for their information session/job fair eventhough my occupation is not listed in their in demand occupation list? Will my application also be considered as second priority as long as i have attended the information session in the last 2 years?

Thanks a lot for replying like everytime.. But I do have a surety bond as per which I have to give 3 month's notice or amount equivalent and it is written in offer letter itself. Will it be ok if I describe all this in LOE instead of saying that I do not have any bond signed with my employer? Please advise.Thanks.

I am an Indian Citizen, I have 20 years of experience in the same area, and I have 60k USD with me. One of my friends have Canadian PR he is working in the same field in Ontario; he is ready to start a small business with me around there. Also, I know few more people in Canada as a friend (no relative).
What is the best and proper way to apply for Canada PR in my situation?

You are mixing two things here. Not showing/showing work experience is purely for the purpose of claiming points, you can show her employement details in personal history and say she has been working. It is just that if you dont show under work details under work history you avoid unnecesaary documentation. You dont need to hide she has been working so there is no question of conflict.

Your friend can not help you. He can only invite you on a work permit, which will be for a couple of years. For a PR, you will have to go through Express Entry program.

I think I answered your question previously, Now you are asking it again and again.

My Previous answer was:
First try applying without NOC letter and do not mention anything about it in your LOE. Just go ahead with your application. In case your VISA officer will ask for an NOC letter, then you can upload the LOE.

B) If your spouse does not have CANADIAN work experience then you can not even claim points for her, and while filling PR application, do not mention about her job. Just mention house wife or home maker or unemployed. Because, if you are going to mention employed in personal history, then the VISA office may ask for reference letters.

for WES, you need to send Bachelors and Masters both.
