No you will not. I just checked the list of eligible candidates (don't ask how, I have links) and your name was striked out. It stated the reason as: ignorant forum member.

I really need help. I am in Canada and am in the process of getting my NOC B position (most likely by next week). Just wondering, can I apply my PR under CEC category based on that position? But my work permit is expiring in March 2019 so do I need to complete a year in that position or can start applying as soon as I get the position?
