Yes I have already applied and granted admission from VIU to study ADGISA.

but they required to pay the first semester fees before May

I just want to pay tution deposit.

Can I avoid paying the 1st semester fees

And does paying it increase my Visa chances?

I have Bachelor in geological and geophysical engineering and more than 4 years experience in Oil and gas industry.

As well as IELTS 6.5 with no subclass under 6.

As well as letter stating that I will back after my studies.

Can I submit my visa application without
Writing SOP.

Please advise about the above questions if you have any suggestions /ideas.

I am not sure whether there is visa chances ?
Did you ask or enquire college that if you pay tuition deposit will you get confirmed letter of acceptance from college ? Not the conditional one
If so what did they say ?

There is a clearer chance if you pay your first semester tuition fees, its advisable you do pay it, and don't dare mistake to submit your application without an SOP otherwise it will come out been a refusal 100%.

Your SOP should contain an introduction, why your intend course of study and how it relates to your previous course or work experience and what will the course make you do/improve you, why you chose Canada or the DLI to study, future goals etc

If you've gotten your offer letter then you will see the actual tuition fee to be paid and deadline dates also to secure your admission sit. The acceptance will be uploaded to your school page so as the paid tuition fees receipt so it can be printed out for the inclusion to other documents
