August 30 2017 start date of my previous program. Withdrawn from course on December 20 2017 First week of september 2018 will be tentative start date of new program. Validity of student visa is till November 30 2018.

Till today I am not sure whether my study permit was cancelled or not. I have dropped a mail to IRCC explaining my case but not yet got any reply from them. How can I confirm whether my study permit was cancelled or not ?
