Yes I am sure it will come soon. I think they had a big surge of applications and we were the unlucky ones put on the shelf for later processing lol . That or they really did a thorough investigation....but I'll stick with the first option in my head !

1. We received abcd application for permanent residence on December 1, 2017.
2. We started processing abcd application on March 14, 2018.
3. We sent abcd correspondence on February 12, 2018. If abcd has not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have abcd do so as soon as possible. Please wait until abcd receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
4. Medical results have been received.

Hi..I just went by the checklist and provided further supporting docs such as her bank statement, my bank statement, marriage certificate, invitation & declaration letters and tickets for travel. My wife was not employed so i thought it may be tricky but you ensure to providdocs regards to employment, education & financial!! Just do not book actual tickets instead book for a month ahead date using any online visa-help site which gives an itinerary with booking reference number. Usually it costs around 20 bucks. Good luck.

I think you will get it soon. I'm a December 8, 2017 applicant and just recently received SA and other stuff. See my signature from timeline.

If you're planning for the applicant to come to Canada in 6 weeks, you may have a difficult time at the border. I'm not sure if you're the sponsor or the applicant, but I'm guessing you're the sponsor if you've already got work lined up in Canada.

Make sure your partner can show strong ties to their home country, or another country outside of Canada to be considered to be let in if joining you.

Why your SA takes so long to have the DM? Are you the sponsor ? What do you think are the reasons why SPONSOR still in process?
