For India there are 3 options - Bangalore, New Delhi and Chandigarh. How do I know which one would be my processing center? I'm based in Mumbai.

What is this sorcery? How are you guys finding out your VO? I sent an email to to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca as suggested somewhere and got the following reply:

Well they gave me only a week to upload the document so I think im just gonna write down Sydney, Nova Scotia for the location of the office and the name, since all EE apps go through them first. I don't think it'll be that big of a deal if it's wrong.
