Passport Package refused by CIC (fedex)

yeah, like I said, FedEx took it and delivered to 2303 Stevenage in Ottawa. For me, it first resulted in a delivery exception - Recipient refused, then address corrected to 365 laurier avenue west, then next day address corrected to 2303 Stevenage and delivered. which is confusing :|

The fedex folks are not even accepting my package to ship. I cant send it even if I want to..

Email CPC Ottawa and ask them to change your Visa Office for stamping to either NY or SF, whichever is convenient to you.

I would have tried having your fedex talk to those customer service maybe they can tell them that fedex does P.O. box in Canada. Or try a different location maybe?

I emailed them on Thursday and have not heard back yet. will update this thread once I do.

I got the below reply for cic:

This is the correct mailing address. Please follow the instructions in the passport submission letter.

I just got an email from them saying that the office has received the passport. So looks like that PO box address worked.

For what its worth - i asked CIC if i shuold mail to po box. and they replied with this

7. For pick-up, select Item #3 – Use an already scheduled pickup at my location

DO NOT SELECT “Schedule a pickup”

8. Review all mailing details and pay online;

You can use a credit card or an already existing FedEx account. Remember that the address for the credit card or FedEx account has to match what is already on file. If you fail 3 times, it will lock out the payment number you’re trying to use.

9. VERY IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THIS INSTRUCTION;

· When you receive the e-mail confirmation from FedEx, open the shipping label and save the label as an electronic version (PDF file) on the desktop of your computer.

· Print all the pages of the pdf file, including commercial invoices, on plain white paper, single sided,

· Include in to your parcel ALL the pages that printed with your documents:

You don’t need to include an empty FedEx envelope.

Hey guys,

Just posting a final update here for my case in the hopes that it might help someone in the community.

I got PO box address in PPR email and I generated a FedEx return shipment to the PO box from the US. FedEx delivers to PO box in Canada.
Day 1: Address corrected from PO box to 365 Laurier Ave W
Day 1: Delivery Exception - Refused by Recipient
Day 1: Address Corrected to 2303 Stevenage Dr Ottawa, ON
Day 2: Delivered to 2303 Stevenage

it all worked out fine and I received my copr and passport back.

Stream: FSW - Outland
Passport Sent: April 11, 2018
Passport Delivered (day2): April 13, 2018
PR application details in MyCIC changed to approved: April 18, 2018
Return Tracker Activated Date: April 20, 2018
COPR delivered: April 21, 2018

Is it Ok to split it and enter it in two fields ?
It's OK to split it. I only used the first two items and the documents were safely delivered.
Also, can anyone confirm on the cost for Fedex/UPS return label ?
The return label needs to be attached to the envelope or kept separately.
Cost varies by the specific service you pick.
Labels should be put in the pouch on the envelope. You may ask the ups or FedEx staff if the pouch is missing for the envolope.

I am planning to send via USPS.

Any inputs are appreciated.

I used Fedex priority shipping costed me 40$ each way. Delivered in 2 days though. The entire shipping, processing-stamping and return ship took ~7 days.
