I am. Submitted in August 2016. Background checks have been ongoing since at least August 2017.

I am in the same boat. Our application was received in August 2016 & began processing in September 2016. When I go online to check the status it says they're processing background checks, which has been going on since at least August 2017... Getting really damn tired of waiting, waiting...
