I hope you are in the best of health and spirit . I wish to inform you with happiness that I have cleared my investor interview held in Montreal last month
Now I have to transfer my funds in next 110 days . As I informed you before I will take the finance / option
Pls advice : as I intend to start business in Montreal , can I shift to Montreal after my csq and start the business ? I can have my medicals and police verification from / inside Montreal itself
Current post csq processing times are 44 months , I don’t wish to wait that long
I can perhaps buy some apartment , start business , is it possible/ permitted on post/CSQ BASIS , someone told me one can apply from inside Montreal on PEQ Or some other field . Pls advice

I understand that once you have submitted your federal application and have a file number you can then obtain an open work permit based on your nomination (you also need a letter of support from the province) you set up your business while you sit out the federal processing. If your out-land you can collect the work permit at the airport on arrival.

I applied for quebec investor class from Kuwait and got an interview in August 2012 in Turkey and then few months later got our CSQ after which I transferred CAD Eight Hundred Thousand in October 2012 after which I applied for Federal Immigration and our file was sent to London, England In Jan 2013. I got my application number and UCI number in June 2013 since then we are waiting for our medicals can you please advise how much more time it will take in my case.

I am Quebec investor immigrant. I am require to do my landing in Quebec. I do not have a direct flight to Montreal but to Toronto. I will be taking a local flight to Montreal 1 hour after landing. Please where will my landing be done?. Please I need your advice as I will landing on Wednesday . Thanks.

Hi I guess that won’t be a problem . Iam sure the immigration officer will understand your schedule on your explanation to him .
Just to be more comfortable why you don’t book direct to Montreal , taking stop in some other country rather than Toronto. Just a thought

Thanks Ash1969. I actually booked on ETA. They do not fly to Montreal but they use Air Canada on the same ticket . I pray you join us in Montreal to see what we can do together. Thanks
