U can apply for 1123. After 3 to 4 months they will return your application and eat your money.
Try for 2175 licensing . Take about 2 months.

Is your intended noc is in SINP in demand list? Are your Job experience, Education and intended NOC are matching with each other? If yes then you are eligible to apply.

HIGH. Generally they stop counting after 60 points. They need complete and clean application only.
