As per your qualification, you can't apply for this NOC. This is for MBA paas outs.
You can apply for computer related jobs as per education. In that case, u have to arrange Job Reference letters according to that.

CAD 300 is not a problem as long as they consider EE when OID is in progress. I do not have 67 federal points yet (66 only) and will gain 5 points when my Sis (New PR) goes there to live in april 18.

Any idea if she need to live for certain duration before I can claim her 5 points?

I think 67 points rule is closed now. Have u tried this.

I read somewhere. Check it.
( I am not an EE applicant. I am non EE or OID applicant. ) So I am weak in this subject.

Thanks for the reply.I need a clarification on the PNP ie, If I am selecting NSNP or SINP,do we have to stay on the province for a period of time?

Sorry . Actually NOC 2171 is in NSNP and 2173 is in SINP list.
Check your eligibility. Which is suitable? Both have without job offer category
