That's exactly what our ecas says too! What does it say on your CIC account though?

Hi there! I'm a December 7, 2017 applicant. Actually, I'm the sponsor and I've applied for my family to come. I have added my info on the spreadsheet already. I don't know if I should be worried or not but according to our CIC account it says there that they haven't received my family's medical results. We didn't get any email or any message on the account requesting for a medical exam so we sent a request through the webform to send us a new medical request coz we haven't done them yet. The only letter we have received is the schedule A and police clearance request last February 27th. I have SA last March 2 and as of April 10 they have transferred our application to VO Manila. So, should we just keep on waiting for the medical request to come or do you guys have any suggestions on what we should do next? Thanks!

Can you email them especially the manila visa office so they can give you another medical request. Please when you write your message, put your
application number

Dear friends,

I am a december applicant. I regularly hear the automated voice recorded messages of IRCC call centre about the lastest update on my file. However i do not speak to an agent. Last night i heard a unusual information. Recorded message told that they have requested for additional documents on 24 february. But i did not receive anything on that date. Lat 4 th april We were requested to submit CSQ and medical exam Report.But request for additional documents on 24th Februay is confusing.Now do i need to take the matter seriously or do avoid it.What should I do? Any suggestion will be highly appreciated

Just looking at the difference between the online tool and our GCKey account and the two different statuses boggle the mind.

The online tool shows Application Received for the Permanent Residence Application Status and In Process for the Sponsorship Application Status. But the GCKey info says...

Application Status: We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.

Review of Eligibility: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.

Is the online tool less trustworthy than what's in GCKey?

By the way, sponsorship has been In Process since Feb 15 lol

Ecas is more accurate than gckey

Guys, wanted to update you if there's anyone still waiting for SA. After 2.5 months I finally received a DM for sponsor side on Friday and called CIC to confirm that I was approved as a sponsor. This morning my husband received a medical request ! So relieved and thank God things are slowly moving forward.
