I got a status update "In process" on April 6th 2018.
Admin: Could you please add the update to excel sheet ?
 
No movement in Vancouver for a testing invite. I am going on vacation out of the countey for 3 weeks starting June 20th. Do I call or send the form to notify?
 
I changed my address recently on the online system, because I recently moved provinces. A few days later, the address on ECAS changed. Does it mean they accepted the address change (in some cases they refuse it if they think it is suspect) and will move the file to the province of my new residence?

Will I be able to know where my file is at now, without calling them? I.e. through ECAS?

You can perhaps put a note on the spreadsheet for my file, that I changed address to another province (Ontario to Quebec, Ottawa to Montreal). My file will likely get delayed as a result...

Hi Design.IQ, how were you able to talk to a live agent? Which number did you dial? I dialed the 888 number, and every time I select an option that seems applicable (address change), it tells me they are experiencing a high volume of calls and are unable to direct my call to an agent, even though at the beginning of the recorded message, it says i will be put in a queue.... Really frustrated with this. :(

Best time to call them is 8:00am EST. I called them 5 times and everytime i was able to get agent within 25min max
 
I *think* the call center is in the EST? I have found that the best times to call are in between 10-11:30 AM and 2-3:30 PM EST. This likely because these are inconvenient times for most people who are working so the traffic is lower. Noon is bad. So is after 4PM EST.
