Hi ! I am an afghan national . I have two years of work experience from 2012 to 2014, and i have my bachelors from India and master's from Japan. Firstly, I am planning to go to Canada via study and if something goes wrong , I would target CLB 9 and submit my express entry profile. What do you think about my chances to immigrate to Canada through ee? Do you have any book related to IELTs general training? I would really appreciate your support and guidance . You can check suitability of your profile by calculating your CRS...on http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp
There are points for your age, your work ex, canadian work ex,if any, IELTS & ECA...
For General training...lot of information is available under IELTS test section...I would recommend the below

Thank you very much for your response. It appears to me that if I score CLB 9 , my CRS score would reach near 442 range, and I might have a chance. However, I have to improve my listening. In 2013 I took IELTS academic and my score was : 6( listening), 6.5 ( reading), 7.0 ( speaking), 7.5 (writing). My reading skills could have improved since I went for my master's after that . I have to improve my listening 2 bands .
What if I get refused for the student visa and then I submit my ee profile and get invitation to apply . Would the previous visa refusal have any adverse effect on PR?
